I work from Psychodynamic (self-psychology/intersubjective/relational), Cognitive-Behavioral, and Systems perspectives, all of which I consider integral to effective work with clients. Sometimes, we're not aware of this and it can show up as anxiety. I offer EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Hypnotherapy. Based in Colorado, we work with many individuals who love the outdoors. Mountain climbing and other popular outdoor activities come with inherent risks, but we accept those risk to live a full life. Climbers must focus upward to calm their nerves, often relying on others to help them advance effectively and safely. Just take it one rock at a time and trust your body.
