Do you struggle with just being yourself these days? Well, kick off your shoes, relax, put up your feet, let's get real and talk. Many people see therapy as a never ending cycle of therapists sitting with a notepad repeating, "How does that make you feel?". I can assure therapy with me is never a cliche. I know how easy it is to feel alone and always asking why me. Some days it's easy to feel trapped looking for the fastest escape. Others you want to burst into tears or moments you feel like you're making all the wrong choices. I can understand if you need a break and want to scream. I'm here to help. Let's explore those issues you may be struggling with together and take back control of your life.
I have been in the counseling profession for two years. I was drawn to this line of work after witnessing how powerful connection, trust, and a listening ear can be in helping someone navigate life’s challenges, regardless of age. My experience includes treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and life transitions. I currently work with individuals 12 years and older and in my free time, I love attending sporting events (Go 'Stros!), live concerts and performances, and listening to a good audiobook or podcast with an iced coffee in hand. A journey towards healing starts with taking that first step. If you have questions or would like to schedule a free brief consultation call to help take that first step towards healing please contact me. Paige Ingersoll is an LPC-Associate supervised by Cortnee Wright, M.A., LPC-S.

“We don’t have to do all of it alone, we were never meant to.” -Brene Brown Currently accepting new clients for virtual/Telehealth counseling services and hypnotherapy. My 10+ years of practicing has become enriched with opportunities to work with an array of presenting issues and populations, all of which have deeply impacted, influenced, and enhanced my fulfillment and devotion to the mental health field. I maintain and promote an inclusive mindset, welcoming all human beings to share in a safe space, in order to knock down barriers, and move toward a healthier and more desirable quality of life. While the majority of the clients on my caseload suffer from the lasting effects of trauma/PTSD, a growing pattern, stemming from anxiety, depression, and relational/attachment issues has become a close second.
Great to meet you! Hello, I’m Anjanette McCullar, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong background in education, counseling, and wellness. My path to counseling has been shaped by more than 15 years of working with children, adolescents, families, and communities—as a teacher, school counselor, group facilitator, and now therapist. I hold multiple degrees, including a Master’s in School Counseling and a Master’s in Educational Administration, along with specialized training in counseling, restorative yoga, and children’s yoga. This blend of education and wellness training allows me to approach therapy from a holistic perspective—supporting not only your mental and emotional well-being, but also recognizing how physical health, lifestyle, and environment influence your life. In my counseling work, I draw on my experience in both school and community settings to help clients navigate challenges such as life transitions, grief and loss, relationship dynamics, anxiety, self-esteem, and stress management. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Because of my background in athletics, coaching, and wellness practices, I also integrate mindfulness, movement, and practical coping strategies when they align with your needs and goals. Whether we’re exploring patterns in relationships, developing tools for self-regulation, or setting steps toward personal change, I tailor my approach to fit you as a whole person. Above all, my goal is to meet you where you are, help you discover your strengths, and walk alongside you as you move toward healing and a more fulfilling life. A bit about my approach to therapy I believe therapy works best when it’s a collaborative partnership—where you bring your life experiences and I bring tools, perspective, and support to help you move forward. My style is warm, empathetic, and goal-oriented. I work to balance compassion with gentle challenges that help you grow, all while creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be your authentic self. I take a whole-person approach, integrating mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being into the process. This often means blending traditional talk therapy with mindfulness, restorative practices, and practical skills you can use in everyday life. My background in education, school counseling, and yoga allows me to address both immediate challenges and long-term personal development. I specialize in helping clients navigate: Life transitions and adjustment challenges Grief and loss Anxiety and stress management Self-esteem and identity development Relationship and communication issues In every session, I tailor my methods to your unique needs—whether that’s providing a safe space to process emotions, developing action steps toward your goals, or learning new skills to handle life’s challenges with more confidence and resilience. My ultimate goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more empowered, self-aware, and equipped to create the life you want. What you can expect from our first session In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and respected—no matter what challenges you are facing. We will work together to: Increase self-awareness so you can better understand your emotions, behaviors, and patterns. Develop coping strategies that help you manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions more effectively. Strengthen relationships by improving communication skills and setting healthy boundaries. Build resilience so you can face challenges with greater confidence and flexibility. Enhance overall well-being through a whole-person approach that considers your mental, emotional, physical, and social health. My sessions are collaborative—I will guide, support, and challenge you when needed, but you will always be an active partner in your own growth. Depending on your needs, we may integrate mindfulness, movement-based practices, and practical tools you can use in everyday life. By the end of our work together, my hope is that you feel more empowered, more connected to yourself, and more confident in navigating whatever life brings your way.

I know sometimes you just want to quit. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through. Are you afraid of failing and that you will never feel good enough? I want to help ease your anxiety and walk with you through your depression. I'll help shine some light on your concerns, so that you will not have to feel alone in your thoughts and feelings. We're going to figure this out together. My role as your therapist is to help you gain the knowledge of your symptoms, the skills to ground and calm your body and mind, and the supportive resources within yourself and your environment to create the life you desire. Hi! I'm Rosie (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of both Georgia and Texas. I work primarily with young adults (20s and 30s), and many of my clients are people who identify as LGBTQIA+. I have special focus in trauma processing, ADHD management, and career exploration. Throughout my social work career I have passionately advocated for racial, social and economic justice through the empowerment of individuals and groups including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, people with HIV, people experiencing homelessness, people with mental illness, people with disabilities, veterans, children and youth, and more. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist myself, I am mindful of how people’s identities factor into their experience of the world and their experience in therapy. I believe that people begin to heal the moment they feel heard. While I do incorporate interventions like CBT, EMDR, IFS, and distress tolerance, my first and foremost focus is to be unconditionally on your team and on your side. Past clients have told me that I am a natural listener and am genuine and warm in how I relate to people. When I am not obsessing over the personality psychology phenomenon known as the enneagram, I enjoy laying in the sun with a good podcast, jogging the Atlanta beltline, reading, cooking, yoga, and exploring the local food scene.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been in practice for 4 years. I graduated from Saint Edward's University with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental health Counseling. I work with female clients and specialize in late adolescence and early adulthood. I believe this period in life is a key time of exploration, reflection on the things we learned growing up, and the beginning of uncovering the values we hope will begin to shape our future.
