With a patient-focused approach, I tailor treatment plans for your unique needs to optimize your mental health and wellness. I specialize in ADHD, depression, autism and working with gender-diverse and other LGBTQ+ individuals. I believe in using a flexible and collaborative approach to treatment, helping to guide you through the hard choices of what is right for you and your mental health. I treat a variety of psychiatric disorders. I pull from many therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Family Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Existential Therapy, all through a psychodynamic lens. Ultimately, I believe the relationship between the clinician and the patient is the most important factor. I completed my medical school and adult psychiatry residency at the University of Colorado. Hi there! My name is Brianna. I’m a Licensed Certified Social Worker that graduated from New York University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. My experience lies in helping children, adolescents, college students, young adults, and families with varying backgrounds, some including: anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, depression, neurodevelopmental disorders, and relationship concerns. Being a college student comes with a lot of demands and transitions. This time in your life, while exciting, can also be exhausting and strenuous. College life looks different for everyone! Whether you are a student-athlete, living at home, constantly in the library, in a fraternity or sorority, or anything else college may offer, you have a set of pressures you face daily. It is my goal to create an environment in which my clients feel safe and comfortable so that they can reach their fullest potential. Therapy can be difficult, but it also can be a great experience! I look forward to hearing from you and learning about how I can support you!
Welcome! I'm so glad you've found your way here. College can be an exciting time, but it can also come with stress, old wounds that resurface, anxiety, and moments where you’re just not sure who you are or where you’re headed. Therapy can be a space to slow down, breathe, and talk honestly about what’s going on - without judgment. My goal is to create a place where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe to figure things out at your own pace. We’ll work together to understand the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that might be keeping you stuck, while also tapping into the strengths you already have (even if you don’t always feel them). I see therapy as more than “fixing problems”—it’s also about reconnecting with yourself, growing in confidence, and building a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you want to be. I use an individualized, integrative approach—drawing from psychodynamic therapy, relational work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—because there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing. This means we’ll explore your past and present experiences, uncover what’s behind certain reactions or habits, and bring compassion to every part of you. I’d be honored to walk with you as you learn to trust yourself, practice self-kindness, and reclaim your voice. Together, we can explore what matters most to you and help you move toward a life with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
Hi there! My name is Julie (she/her), and I am a therapist with a clinical social work background. I work with folks who have a variety of concerns. Recently, I've had several college students who want to work through depression or anxiety while they figure out various paths they are struggling with. Together, we discuss various tools to help manage stressors and feelings.
Perhaps everyone around you thinks you have it all together. Maybe you’re doing it all and managing a smile in the process. But, on the inside, is it chaos? Perhaps you landed here because you’re not just managing to do lists, but fighting that voice in your head that tells you you’re doing it all wrong, and that you’re not good enough. You’re working on boundaries, trying to communicate effectively and desperately trying to connect with those around you while trying to be the best at everything – Are you juggling ALL. THE. TIME? Exhausted, have nothing left to give, and no time for you? Well, not anymore. I’m glad you found me. It’s time to change your worry into hope and fears into strength. You want to mean it when you smile and feel peace when you rest. You want to practice this thing they call self-care and create a balance in your life without the guilt. You want to have meaningful relationships and feel confident in who you are and the path you’re on. I can help. With the ability to reach out anytime, access to secure portal with messaging options, and web based video sessions, you can finally find the time to make yourself a priority from the comfort of your home. I provide web based and self care therapy and coaching for individuals and couples who find themselves in a challenging time and are looking for a Bridge to healthyself.
*When emailing me, please specify what you are seeking therapy for!* My practice is rooted in the belief that everyone is worthy of health, recovery, and a positive relationship with food and their body, no matter their size. My goal is to create a space that feels safe and supportive enough to make positive change happen. I specialize in eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED), self-esteem challenges, anxiety disorders, depression, and self-harming behaviors in young adults (18+) and adults and am currently the assistant clinical director of a nationally recognized eating disorder outpatient program. I utilize evidence-based treatment approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). My approach is strengths-based and person-centered, with the belief that therapy is not "one size fits all." We will work as a team to figure out what is most supportive and effective for you. Recovering from disordered eating in a society that encourages it IS possible. If you are ready to take the next step in your recovery, I would love to schedule a phone consultation with you to see if we would be a good fit.

My clients don't come to therapy to hear someone nod and agree with everything they say. That isn't worth their time or money. They want real help. They want to know "what to do" and "how to fix it" because they are struggling with depression, severe anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, suicidal thoughts, parenting issues, and other painful situations. They're looking for a true expert that they can actually talk to. I am a member of PSYPACT which means I can see clients in every state that is a member of PSYPACT. I'm also licensed in both TN and MA. I'm a DBT-Linehan Board Certified Clinician and an expert in Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, self-harm, and oppositional adolescents. I am an Associate faculty member at Vanderbilt University and have served as a trainer and consultant for a variety of hospitals, schools, and the military. I founded and own PSYCHē, PLLC, a private network of therapists across multiple states. Our job is to pair our clients with great clinicians all over the country. Everyone experiences distressing or overwhelming challenges at different points in life. Many people struggle to manage these inevitable difficulties, get stuck and then subsequently feel defined by their emotional pain. This can negatively impact relationships, ambitions, work and self-worth. I believe in people’s inherent right to live meaningful and joyful lives and in their ability to choose how to respond to life’s challenges. I support my clients through their courageous process of self-exploration and self-compassion. My therapeutic approach involves treating people as a whole: mind, body & spirit. This allows people to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and with the support of an authentic and collaborative therapeutic relationship, my clients are able to make the changes they want. My areas of specialty include trauma, addictions, depression and anxiety disorders. I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained. EMDR is recognized as a highly effective trauma treatment and allows people to heal from emotional pain that has stemmed from distressing life experiences. “Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional” H.M.
