Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.
Our practice will guide you on a journey of self discovery, utilizing an eclectic approach. Our experience include Trauma Focused therapy, DBT, CBT, somatic work to help clients process and release trauma. We are grounded in holistic approach that integrates the mind, body and soul. Whether you are struggling with emotional distress, seeking support through significant life transitions ( like college), or overcoming addictive behaviors, we can support you every step of the way
Welcome. My intention in therapy is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I bring curiosity, kindness, and genuine care into every session, and I honor you as the expert of your own life. My role is to be a steady guide and support as we explore what healing and growth can look like together. I draw on my experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families to help clients with anxiety, OCD, depression, and related concerns, using approaches such as ACT, ERP, and MBCT to tailor treatment. Sessions provide a supportive, trauma-informed, culturally responsive space for growth and change.
My goal is to help you develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw from interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and acceptance and commitment therapy approaches to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences, develop new coping strategies, strengthen your resilience, and help you move toward the life you want. I believe therapy works best when it’s a partnership—one where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Counselor Education at IU Bloomington. I am originally from Taiwan and have enjoyed working with college students in both English and Madarin. I currently accept Aetna and United Healthcare plans, and I am working on accepting Anthem Medicaid, CareSource Medicaid, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield. I offer sliding scales. I am certified in EMDR therapy through EMDRIA (EMDR International Association). I continue to take advanced trainings, seek consultation and attend study groups after being certified. I am passionate about helping people feel better and live the life they want. I have worked with a variety of conditions such as college student issues, trauma/PTSD, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, life transitions and grief/loss. I use evidence-based approaches to help each individual meet their unique therapy goals. The services I offer are culturally sensitive and neurodivergence-affirming. I enjoy working with anyone that wants to improve their mental health while valuing equity and diversity.

I am originally from California, but have called Colorado (Denver) my home for the last thirteen years. While I do miss the ocean, I love being in the mountains and all they have to offer. When I am not working, I am often playing in my garden, doing something in the kitchen, spending time with friends and family, or traveling. I am the same person during session as I am outside of session; laid back, a little goofy, genuinely curious about others’ lives, and compassionate. I use she/her pronouns. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and am licensed to see clients in Colorado, Indiana, Florida and Nevada. I have been practicing therapy since 2013 and truly enjoy working with my clients. I love learning about how trauma and stress can impact our minds, bodies and nervous systems and the ways we can heal and start to feel better. I am a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist as well as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I often use a mixture of EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), attachment, parts focused, and mindfulness techniques to help clients begin to unpack stressful or traumatic events and begin to integrate a sense of healing back into their minds and bodies. These techniques can be helpful for clients struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms, who have experienced one or more traumatic events, substance use, emotion regulation, or uncomfortable body sensations.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to help you move from surviving to thriving. Together, we’ll work toward peace, clarity, and lasting change.

My treatment focus is working with adults and students who are suffering from anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stress management, and academic, family, and social issues. While college presents many exciting opportunities, it can also be a challenging time in your life. Maybe you're feeling the weight of academic pressures, wrestling through new ideas and realizations about the world, or navigating social life in a new way - maybe a combination of all of the above! You don't have to navigate these experiences alone. I offer an environment that is both compassionate and empowering, to walk alongside you in your pursuit of growth and healing. I offer counseling in-office, through telehealth, and in outdoor-settings. If the traditional office setting isn't for you, we can meet while on a hiking trail or on a walking path. We'll work together to meet your needs, in helping you reach your goals through the use of evidence-based practices, such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy, and a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and trusting relationship.
