Through WellQor, I provide online therapy for college students and young adults, and WellQor accepts most major insurance plans to help make care more accessible. I enjoy working with students who feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, intrusive thoughts, or other patterns that interfere with their ability to enjoy life and reach their goals.
One thing I've learned after more than a decade as a therapist is that lasting change is rarely about trying harder. More often, it's about understanding why a pattern exists in the first place and learning new ways to respond to it. Therapy can help you step out of autopilot, build confidence in yourself, and make choices that align with the life you want to create.
